Accommodation is composed of a double en-suite bedroom, a modern fitted kitchen and a cosy lounge with dining area. Guests are able to use of the owner’s well established garden as well as a private patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. The property is surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths allowing easy access to the South Downs and West Sussex.
