Convenient for Burford, Oxford, the Cotswolds and easy to get to from London this property is perfect for 'work, rest and play'!Owl Barn, Snipe Barn and Rose Barn are owned by the same family and can be rented together for groups from 18 to 36 people. Dining Area with two large tables and chairs for up to twelve people. (More prvided if there is joint party booking with one of the other barns)Living Area with two large sofas, two additional sofas, (one which is a sofa bed*) woodburning stove, large flat screen TV, DVD player and space!!Bedroom Five with double bed and single bed with chest of drawers and hanging rails. Friday Changeover in High Season. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Pets considered at a cost of £60, per pet, per week. Additional 2 persons on the double* sofa bed charged at supplement of £75 per person per stay. Maximum of 12-13 people!Please note: 3 night mid-week stay @ 50% of full week price; 4 night mid-week @ 60% full week price The owner requests a £300 security / damages deposit required when booking this property, payable by bank transfer (to the owner) a month in advance of arrival.
