Parc Cottage is a detached family property on the owners' smallholding in Dyfnant Forest, three miles from Llanwddyn and near Lake Vyrnwy. There are five bedrooms - two doubles, two twins and a single room. There is a shower room upstairs, and a family bathroom downstairs. There is a kitchen with dining area and woodburner, a utility, a games room with pool table and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture. Parc Cottage is ideally placed for the forest's walking and cycling trails, or for heading to the lake for more lovely walks or to enjoy the fine bird and wildlife watching.
