Penbryn Bach is a semi detached cottage that was originally part of a 17th Century, stone-built farmhouse in the village of Tywyn near to Aberdovey in West Wales. With one double bedroom and a bathroom, it is perfect for two people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a front lawned garden plus a rear courtyard area with garden furniture. Just five minutes walk from the beach, Penbryn Bach is a wonderful cottage for a couple looking to spend some time together.

Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front lawned garden plus rear courtyard area with garden furniture. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Train station 5 mins walk. Shop 5 mins walk. Pub 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: There are small internal steps on the ground floor.
