Penntir forms one of four superior semi-detached terraced cottages which have been decorated and furnished to a good standard. The cosy accommodation is perfect for small family gatherings or couples and the property offers wonderful countryside views across The Eco Village and beyond.

The property is arranged on one floor and one step leads up to the paved patio where you access the property through the large French windows. The entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire and flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.

Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Back in the main living room, the large French windows provide access onto a paved patio with picnic table and rural views. Penntir provides parking for one car adjacent to the property with additional parking on site.
