Pensyflog Farm is a wonderful 19th century, semi-detached farmhouse which is situated on a working farm just outside the delightful harbour town of Porthmadog in North Wales. With four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a single) and a family bathroom, this cottage can comfortably sleep seven people. The cottage also has a spacious fitted kitchen, a dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the exterior of the cottage is a covered veranda, a front lawn & patio, a large side lawn with furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for three cars. Pensyflog Farm is a characterful holiday cottage in a superb location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and yet is just a short walk from the sea.

Oil central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, 2 x stairgates. Off road parking for 3 cars/boat etc. Covered veranda, front lawn & patio, large side lawn, all with furniture & BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop (Tesco) 12 mins walk, pub 8 mins walk.
