In an open plan style, oak flooring complements the living rooms and expansive concertina style glass doors open onto a fully enclosed patio area, just perfect for al fresco meals prepared in the exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The attractive bedrooms are carpeted for comfort with the master having a flat screen TV and ensuite shower room and the immaculate bathroom features high quality tiling and fittings. The electric gated entrance ensures complete privacy. Perfect for families and couples, the most discerning guests will love the lifestyle of Point View and it will be hard to leave!

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Open plan living / dining/ kitchen with 42" flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with Double, 32" flat screen TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Garden furniture. No smoking. Regret no pets. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. One private parking space plus additional visitors parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
