This semi-detached Edwardian house is a spacious property only three minutes walk from the beach in the popular seaside village of Rhosneigr. Successfully renovated to offer well-equipped and welcoming accommodation across four bedrooms, the house includes a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room and a cosy lounge. The property is close to both the beach and the village’s excellent local amenities, as well as the other activities available throughout this exciting region.

LPG central heating. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 32" flat screen TV, DVD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot & highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars plus boat. Rear garden with decked sitting area, furniture & BBQ. One dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 6 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk.
