Undeniably one of the prettiest and most sought after villages in North Devon, there is a post office, stores, delicatessen, restaurant, three pubs serving food, fishmongers plus fish and chip shop serving locally caught specialities. Access to the pathway leading down to Rockham Bay and Bull Point Lighthouse and coast path is yards from your doorstep, which gives access to some of the National Trust's most breathtaking walks.

Rockham is a spacious apartment presented to the highest standard and offers a true chance to relax and leave your troubles behind. The owners take great care in providing a welcome so rarely found, with a luxury West Country hamper, bubbles for your glass and your bath, complete with soft fluffy bathrobes. The accommodation is open plan with a kitchen and dining area and a wide expanse of windows and patio door at the far end of the living room allow you to enjoy distant sea views and the most wonderful sunsets. At the rear a private, enclosed and beautifully presented small high walled courtyard provides a perfect haven for al fresco drinks and barbecues on a warm summers evening. The double bedroom to the front is ensuite with distant views and the rear twin is served by a separate bathroom. An exceptional and well equipped apartment offering home from home comfort as well as Wi-Fi broadband, Ipod docking station, DVD and CD library, books, games and Playstation 2.
