Upstairs is the cosy sitting room, with sloping ceilings and large windows which offer views over fields. The setting of Royston cottage, near a popular B-road, means easy access to beaches such as Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock, and also to Padstow and entry points to the South West Coastal Path, making it an ideal year-round base.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garden with furniture, trampoline, summerhouse and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop 1 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Use of the trampoline is at guest's own risk.
