The Loft is one of three barn conversions ( others include 4184, 4205 and 4206) set around a courtyard in a quiet and scenic location. French doors opening onto the patio, allowing natural light to illuminate the large living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. There is a large shared garden with a barbeque and children's play area, games room/pool table. Ideal location for hill walking, golfing and angling. It is 20 miles from Brittas Bay and the popular towns of Arklow and GoreyShop 2 miles. Pub 1½ miles. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 20 miles. Sandy Beach 30 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner with sofa bed. Downstairs: double with ensuite shower room and basin, twin with sofa bed, bathroom with basin.Oil by meter read and electricity by meter read, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, radio, microwave, dishwasher, shared w/machine, shared dryer, internet access, partially enclosed shared garden, garden furniture, shared bbq, off road parking. One pet welcome.
