It is situated 2 miles from the village of Shillelagh and 30 minutes drive from the stunning beaches at Brittas Bay and Courtown. The interiors have been kept minimal in keeping with the property's character but it is very comfortable and well laid out and also offers WiFi internet access. Less than 200 yards is Coollattin Golf Club which also has a lovely restaurant. Care needs to be taken with the steep stairsShop. Pub. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 20 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen, 2nd lounge, utility room, double, bathroom with separate shower. FF: twin, child bunk.Electricity and oil central heating included, WiFi charge of €10/week payable to the caretaker, linen and towels included, No Smoking, cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, radio, freezer, microwave, w/machine, dryer, internet access, uk tv channels, welcome pack, fully enclosed garden, picnic bench, bbq, locked shed available for storage, private off road parking.
