Attractive bungalow in quiet location only minutes away from Southwold and all that this area has to offer Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creak, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore has easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good locals' bar. Soma is a modern attractive bungalow which has been recently extended and refurbished to a high standard. It has been tastefully furnished and is situated in a quiet, private road, having lovely views towards Southwold. It is conveniently situated for all this area has to offer and benefits from an attractive courtyard garden with patio. Shop: 500 yards Pub: 500 yards. Sitting/Dining Room with Sky HD+ TV, DVD player, CD player and table and chairs Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c. Bedroom 1 with a double bed and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c. Bedroom 2 with a double bed Bedroom 3 with a single bed Bedroom 4 with a single bed Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin. There is a wc in a separate room next door to the Bathroom Garden: Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking: For two cars on driveway plus on-street parking outside property.
