The golden sandy beach is less than fifty yards away and a gentle stroll will take you into the picture postcard village centre offering a selection of local shops, restaurants, and traditional English pubs. Three immaculate bedrooms and family bathroom are on the ground floor. The master double room has an ensuite walk-in shower and French doors onto the fully enclosed terrace with decking and paved patio area overlooking the beach. On the first floor, furnished in a fabulous contemporary style the open plan living space includes comfy leather sofas, attractive oak flooring and a large flat screen television with surround sound. French doors open onto a small balcony with excellent ocean views and there is quick access via an external staircase to the terrace below. The attractive and well equipped spacious kitchen / dining room with vaulted ceiling has modern gloss units complimented by a slate tiled floor. If you can tear yourself away there is so much to explore in this popular area. The breathtaking coastal path leads almost from the doorstep around Baggy Point stretching down from Putsborough to Woolacombe and Spindrift provides a special and relaxing retreat to return home to.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Bedroom 1 with King with TV/DVD and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin with TV/DVD. Bedroom 3 with single. Bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. First Floor: Open plan Living room with 50" flat screen TV with surround sound, Freeview, DVD and stereo. Kitchen / dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Patio furniture. BBQ. Regret no pets. No smoking. 1 secure allocated parking space. External secure storage for surfboards. External communal shower. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
