There is a ground floor bathroom and a first floor cloakroom. The kitchen has a breakfast area, there is a dining room, sitting room and a TV/reading room with double sofa bed and wrap-around windows offering spectacular views of the valley. Outside, there is ample off road parking, an enclosed lawned garden and a request stop for the quiet country railway line which runs past, offering access to the delights of North Wales. There is walking from the doorstep of Station House, which makes a very welcoming year-round base.
