There is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, though the size of the room means these areas cannot both be used at the same time. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a private lawned garden with furniture. The beach is a few minutes' walk from Sunnyvale, and other Cornish attractions such as the city of Truro, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castle are all easily reached.
