Semi-detached next to the owners home, this fully self contained property benefits from its own private garden and the reverse style living layout maximizes the magnificent views over Croyde Bay from the doors leading off the living/dining room to its own veranda. The modern kitchen also on this level is well equipped. There is one spacious bedroom and shower room on the ground floor with access to the garden for sole use by guests. Comfortably furnished throughout, Suntana offers good accommodation in this superb spot, very popular with regular guests and with a warm welcome from the owners.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Living/dining room with TV with Freeview and video. Veranda. Lower ground floor: Bedroom 1 with Super King (can be split as twin beds on request). Shower room with WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Convector/NS heaters. Private parking. Regret no pets. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
