Fuel and power inc. in summer months (£25 per week fuel supplement 1st Oct - 31st Mar). Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and gas BBQ. Off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
