This single storey converted coach house stands in a farmyard of old stone buildings and provides cosy private accommodation for a couple. 3.5 miles from Ballinabola and 5.7 miles from New Ross. There's a really rustic feel to this whole complex and you will find the atmosphere totally relaxing. The double bedroom features a beamed ceiling and has enough storage for long stay guests. The kitchen also with a beamed ceiling is bright and fully equipped. Situated in the gently rolling Wexford countryside you are close to the John F Kennedy Arboretum (2.8 miles) and the beautiful coastline of South West Wexford. Off the beaten track but not isolated, it makes a great touring base for the rest of Sunny South East.Shop. Pub 1320 yards. Restaurant 3½ miles. Beach 10 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, sun room, double, shower room.Electricity included , open fire with fuel supplied, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, freezer, microwave, w/machine, electric heaters, electric blankets, fully enclosed garden, garden furniture, shared driveway. Sorry no pets.
