The property has wonderful views across open fields particularly from the sitting room. This cottage is likely to appeal to families looking to enjoy open space while having easy access to local amenities.  ACCOMMODATION:Fully fitted Kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer.Large Sitting / Dining room with a table to seat ten. Comfortable sofas and armchair. (Sofa bed). 22" TV and DVD and Freeview with iPod docking stationThere is also access to the property, via the large French windows, for those with limited mobility. Bedroom One is down two small stairs, with double bed and Ensuite Shower room, with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Upstairs: Bedroom Two, a large room with glorious views, with twin beds that can be zipped together to make a large double. Bathroom Two with bath, WC and washbasin. The Gallery looks down into the sitting room below and can be used for sitting and reading, or just admiring the views! Heating and electricity included all year. Parking for several cars. Garden furniture. Cot & High Chair available. A sofa bed is available for use downstairs at £40 per person per stay. Wifi AvailableAlternatively, a 'Z' bed is available on the galleried landing for a small single person at the same price. No smokers. Friday changeover. Pets Welcome (2 max)
