This attractive property near Robin Hood’s Bay is able to sleep three people and provides a perfect base for exploring the region.
This stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion is situated in the rural hamlet of High Normanby, close to the pretty villages of Fylingthorpe and Robin Hood's Bay. Retaining much of its original character, this former goat barn has been loving renovated and now boasts a wealth of exposed timber, flagged floors and a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, the property provides light and airy accommodation, perfectly situated for access to the coast. The living space in the cottage consists of a double bedroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a lounge with sofa-bed and electric stove. This wonderful little property makes a great place for a young family.

Oil central heating with electric stove in living area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, combi TV/DVD, radio/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small gravelled area with garden furniture. One small, well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: This property is situated amongst farm buildings and is opposite a Dutch Barn, but offers views of the field from the side of the property
