However it is only a very short drive to the coastal resort of Cromer and the market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham. The National Trust properties, Blicking Hall and Felbrigg, are within easy reach of the property and the whole area is marvellous for cycling and walking with an abundance of quiet roads.

The property dates back to 1860 and as the name indicates it was a former harness room which has been converted and now offers comfortable, attractive accommodation. The property is attached to the owner's home, and is set in a quiet location amongst twelve acres of private woodland. This is an ideal location for a peaceful break with beautiful walks right on the door step and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. Village Shop & Post Office: 1 mile Pub: 2 miles

Garden: Fully enclosed garden with lawn and pond which is shared with the owners, and a private sunny area with table and chairs; there is also access to twelve acres of private woodland
Parking: Driveway for two vehicles at rear of property
Heating: Night storage heaters and gas living flame fire.
Also Provided: Towels. CD hi-fi and radio.
Notes: There is a £50 security deposit required, payable to the owner two weeks before the start of the holiday. The property does not accept babies or children due to uncovered water in the grounds.
