The Hayloft is a character Grade II listed annexe in the hamlet of Kildale, four miles from Great Ayton. The cottage has a double bedroom on the mezzanine level, and on the ground floor, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Hayloft is an ideal romantic base for a relaxing break or for enjoying all the countryside surrounding this charming property has to offer.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric portable mini oven, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), TV with Freeview, DVD, radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Children aged over 12 only.
