It will be hard to tear yourself away from the beautiful bay window at The Hollies as you gaze out at the stunning panoramic sea views and rolling countryside towards Hillsborough Hill. Recently renovated and stylishly presented, this contemporary apartment is just perfect for couples who enjoy high quality accommodation and an edge of town location. With a south facing private rear decked patio you can eat al fresco in the sunshine or simply relax and enjoy your well earned break. A fifteen minute stroll will take you down to the picturesque harbour and great selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You can take a boat trip to Lundy Island or check out the Landmark Theatre to see the shows on offer. The spacious living / dining room with attractive fireplace and excellent sea views has a large comfy leather sofa which can be converted to a bed if required, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A modern well equipped kitchen provides everything you could need and the luxurious modern bathroom features a spa bath. The double bedroom features a wall mounted flat screen TV and a French door out onto the rear patio.

Accommodation: 12 external steps up to main entrance. Ground floor: Hall. Living/dining room with 42" TV with Freeview, DVD, IPod dock CD player and electric fire. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with Double and wall mounted TV with Freeview. Bathroom with spa bath, fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and Towels. Bath robes. Welcome pack including cream tea. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Patio furniture. Regret no pets. No smoking. Ample parking space at the front of the apartment. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
