The Merchant’s House dates back to 1811 and overlooks the Market Square in the popular town of Kilrush, County Clare. This cottage townhouse sleeps five people and has two bedrooms, consisting of two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with wonderful clawed leg cast iron bath. The cottage townhouse also has a fitted kitchen with dining area, sitting room with woodburner, and a sofa bed, plus the townhouse has a cloakroom/storage room. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking on a 1st come, 1st served basis with a public car park close by. Conveniently located close to shops, pubs and the beach, The Merchant’s House provides an excellent base all year round.
