Located between Woodstock and Burford on the edge of the Cotswolds. Large Conservatory / Dining / Living room, with dining table/chairs plus sofa. Doors and views to courtyard garden.Bedroom One, double bed with en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin.Bedroom Two twin bedroom with Wet Room, fully wheel chair accessible, with rails. UpstairsLarge Sitting/Television Room, very unusual layout! Fully beamed and with chairs and sofa. Central Heating and electricity included all year. Cot and high-chair available. Ample Parking. Sofa bed available for £40pw.
