The golden sandy beach is only a five-minute stroll, a paradise for surfers or simply somewhere to enjoy time with the family. Just a few minutes in the other direction, a wonderful blend of thatched cottages, pubs, restaurants and local stores make up the charming village centre. With a choice of outdoor activities and miles of stunning coastal paths within easy reach Croyde is a perfect holiday destination. Beautifully furnished throughout in a contemporary style this is a holiday home where you can really relax and unwind. The light- filled spacious open plan living area is dual aspect with two fabulous balconies on either side so you can choose to enjoy fresh air and food al fresco both with a vista of the stunning coastline or peaceful countryside. On balmy summer days pull back the huge folding glass doors to bring the outside in. The sleek very well equipped kitchen has everything you could need to cook leisurely meals with family and friends. With flat screen TV and en suite shower room guests can walk out of the full width glass doors from the sumptuous master bedroom onto a further spacious balcony with lovely sea views. The attractive twin room with loft style sloping ceilings also has a small door out onto the balcony and is served by a separate pristine family bathroom. Outside and to the rear of Point View is your own piece of lawned garden with decked patio area, a perfect spot to relax in the sun. The electronic gated entrance ensures this prestigious development is totally private and for couples, families or friends, The Penthouse is really something special.

Bedroom 1 with Double with 32" flat screen TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
