Limpenhoe is a small village eleven miles South East of Norwich on the edge of The Norfolk Broads. The village of Reedham with its famous chain ferry across the River Yare is only 1.7 miles away and the beautiful beaches of the East Coast are only a short drive. Limpenhoe is an ideal location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and fishermen. There are two long distance footpaths easily accessible from the village, fishing at two local lakes and the RSPB Strumpshaw Fen Reserve is close by, making this an ideal location for a relaxing break at any time of year.

The Rabbit Hole is one of two newly converted single storey studio apartments situated in an elevated position within the beautiful Norfolk Broads countryside They have been carefully designed to provide excellent, high quality accommodation for one or two people, bridging the gap between bed and breakfast and cottage accommodation. They are situated within the grounds of the owner's home and evening meals and breakfast can be provided in their sun-filled conservatory on certain days by request. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1 mile

Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Secure storage for bicycles.
Extras: Use of the owner's washing machine and tumble dryer on request at a small charge.
Pets: One well-behaved dog is welcome.
Notes:Bottled water is provided as supply in property is not from a rising main, a mains tap is available on site. Short breaks Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri available all year.
