This is a newly appointed three bedroomed apartment that sleeps up to six people in comfortable and homely surroundings.
This is a newly appointed three bedroomed apartment and is a change from the traditional holiday cottages. The property has a warm welcoming feel with the sitting room, dining area and well equipped kitchen all on open-plan. The sitting room has a living flame effect fire and doors leading to a shared garden. There are three bedrooms two twin rooms, one of them on the ground floor, and a double room, and the accommodation is completed by a ground floor bathroom and a separate shower room. There is a pub and shop within a five mile walk, and for outdoor pursuits, Aviemore is only 16 miles away. Edinburgh can be reached in an hour. With all these amenities close to hand this apartment is an ideal base from which to explore this lovely area of Scotland.

Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky package, video, DVD, stereo/CD player etc. Coin operated washing machine and dryer in communal laundry on the premises. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Shared garden with patio with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet at £15 per week. Sorry, no smoking.
