A rural cottage in a pretty courtyard setting within easy driving distance of the fabulous beaches at Croyde and Saunton.

The Coach House has been carefully restored creating a real home from home. Being semi detached in a courtyard of three properties, there is plenty of storage in the garage for bikes and surfboards. An enclosed paved patio sits to the front and side of the cottage. The stable door entrance opens into the hallway on the ground floor with two bedrooms, the double having an ensuite. Upstairs the main living area benefits from lovely rural views and cosy sofas surround the open fireplace with exposed beams and latch doors. There is a separate dining room and modern galley kitchen with wooden beech work surfaces. A family bathroom with white suite is also on this level. Quietly located in the hamlet of Kingsheanton, all of North Devon's attractions and sandy beaches are within a short drive and Braunton is only three miles distance.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with twin. First floor: Living room with TV with freesat and DVD. Dining Room. Kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave and fridge. Washing machine and fridge freezer housed in the garage. Bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. Broadband. Stairgate available. 1 pet welcome. No smoking. Garden furniture. Private parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
