This Victorian, Grade II listed ticket office has been imaginatively converted and has retained many of its original features. The sitting, kitchen and dining area are all on open plan, and the compact, well-equipped kitchen and farmhouse style dining area are cleverly screened by the spiral staircase from the warm and inviting sitting room with its original ticket office cast iron fireplace and tiles. Winding through this delightfully quirky property, the spiral stairs go up to the eaves where the cosy and intimate cabin style bedroom awaits, and the bathroom is also housed in this space. The lawned area to the front of the property may be enjoyed by the guests. This is a beautiful property and makes a perfect hideaway to enjoy this area.

Electric panel heaters with gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freesat, DVD, radio/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub across the road. Note: The bedroom is situated in the eaves and has restricted access from one side only. Note: Property is adjacent to station platform (4 trains daily) on scenic Esk Valley line.
