The individually designed properties offer first class accommodation for families or couples looking for something really special. A truly unspoilt award winning beach is just a five minute stroll away, perfect for surfing enthusiasts and equally as popular for long lazy days of family fun and relaxation. The South West Coastal Path which covers thirty six miles of beautiful coastline runs alongside and Saunton Golf Club with its thirty six hole championship course is just minutes away.

This fabulous duplex garden apartment is located in the most stunning coastal location. Amazing views over the three mile stretch of truly unspoilt and beautiful Saunton Sands can be enjoyed from almost every room. Conveniently located next to the Saunton Sands Hotel and Saunton Golf Club there are excellent facilities close by, and a path meanders directly from the garden onto the beach. From the impressive front entrance an internal staircase leads down to The Tides, and the spacious hallway with convenient cloakroom off, leads through to an open plan living room with wooden flooring and gleaming white kitchen area. Wonderful panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed whilst dining or relaxing on the stylish sofas. Step out onto the glass fronted balcony for an al fresco meal or chill out with an evening drink whilst watching the spectacular sunsets. The sumptuous bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor with direct access to the patio and garden. Carpeted for comfort, the double room has a contemporary ensuite shower room and the twin room is served by the pristine modern family bathroom. For a change of scene the pretty village of Croyde with its traditional thatched cottages and great choice of village inns is just a few minutes along the coast road. Accommodation: Steps down to Level one: Hall. Open plan living room with TV with Freesat Blu-Ray DVD player and ipod dock. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Lower level: Bedroom 1 with King and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin "zip n link" option to Super king on request. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Under floor heating provided by eco friendly ground source heat pump. Wi-Fi Broadband. Balcony furniture. Internal secure storage facility for surfboards. External communal shower. A selection of books and DVDs. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. No smoking. Regret no pets. 1 allocated parking space plus additional visitors parking when available. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
