The ancient village of Walsingham has been a centre of pilgrimage since the 11th Century. Noted for its impressive timber-framed buildings and fine Georgian facades, it has a thriving community and welcomes visitors to its award-winning farm shop as well as restaurants and pubs. The magnificent sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells are within minutes and there are many National Trust properties within easy reach.

This newly renovated cottage provides accommodation that is both comfortable and characterful. Located in the centre of the village, the cottage has the benefit of off-road parking and a small private garden. The Walsingham Farm shop and Norfolk Riddle restaurant are both within a few minutes' walk. A great location for exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. Shop/Pub: 50 yards

Garden: Enclosed lawned gardens with patio's to the rear and side and garden furniture.
Parking: Driveway for two small cars or one large car.
Heating: Electric Central Heating.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Starter pack of fuel.
Notes: The character and age of this Grade II listed property means that there are some low beams and doors. The stairs are steep, in keeping with a cottage dating from 1650.
