Sitting high above Trebarwith Strand with excellent views over the beautiful gardens and out to sea, Trevalley is a delightful North Cornwall character cottage in a lovely coastal setting, having superb flexibility and priced separately for parties of five or seven throughout the year. Enchanting Tintagel is close by with its famous castle steeped in legend and mystery. A little further along the coast are the picturesque harbour villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac. A twenty minute walk through the valley brings you to the fabulous golden sands of tidal Trebarwith Strand and a short drive will find you at the popular beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay. This spacious welcoming self-catering holiday home from home has a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The attractive country kitchen /dining room with lovely oak beams leads to a sunny conservatory with the most stunning views. The stylish master bedroom has wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to the pretty twin room and single room, all served by a wood panelled family bathroom. A small annex, accessed internally through the twin room, provides a second twin bedroom with the benefit of an en suite shower room and galley kitchen, ideal for families. This part of the house also has its own separate entrance door and the internal connecting door can be locked if required. On the garden level a games room with table tennis and pool table is a real bonus and will keep the children happy for hours! French windows in the conservatory lead out to the lovely enclosed south facing terraced gardens, with pretty patio area and pond where you can make the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline. Trevalley is ideally placed for a holiday in North Cornwall and for exploring all that this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer .

Bedroom 1 with King, radio and ensuite WC and basin. Stairs down to Ground floor : Kitchen/diner with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and radio/CD. Tumble dryer housed in games room. Conservatory. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Single. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 4 (accessed through bedroom 2 and with its own external entrance door) with Twin and wall-mounted TV with Full Satellite Package inc. Sports & Movies, DVD and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Galley kitchen with electric hob, combi-microwave/oven, fridge and radio/CD player.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. Payphone (no mobile signal). Brick BBQ. Garden furniture. Games room with table tennis, folding pool table, large sofa and tumble dryer. No smoking. Regret no pets. Private parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
