Valentines Cottage is a stylish modern cottage just a short stroll from the village centre filled with a great choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and is ideal for walkers or cyclists, being close to the popular Tarka Trail. Just a short drive takes you to the fabulous beaches of Saunton and Croyde. Stylishly decorated throughout, the modern cottage style kitchen/breakfast room has cream units, granite style work surfaces and tiled floor. The spacious living room is very comfortable with patio doors leading out onto the pretty south facing courtyard, a real suntrap and lovely for breakfast or barbecues. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bright family bathroom. The double bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room and the small single room is ideal for a child. The cottage welcomes pets and is an ideal warm and cosy retreat after a bracing cycle ride or seaside walk. Perfect at any time of year, Valentine Cottage is a popular choice in this lovely North Devon village.

Living room with TV, Freeview, DVD and stereo. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King with TV/DVD, Freeview, iPod docking station and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with very small Single day bed suitable for children with TV/DVD, Freeview and iPod docking station. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Stairgate available. 2 pets welcome. Patio furniture. BBQ. 1 allocated parking space in parking area. 4pm arrival time. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
