There is a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with open fire and a second snug sitting room. Outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed gravel courtyard with furniture. Village Farm is well placed for enjoying the resorts along the coast, with Hornsea being the closest, and also for heading into the countryside of the Wolds.
