This traditional, stone-built, cottage is a semi-detached property that adjoins the owner’s house on a working livestock farm near Old Byland. Just seven miles from the market town of Helmsley, this cottage is set in a peaceful location within the National Park, and offers far reaching views across the North York Moors. With its open plan living area, the property is composed of two bedrooms - one double and one twin - a fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with electric fire. The structure itself retains a great deal of charm and period features include ancient low ceiling beams and pine doors. In addition to the indoor space there is a large, lawned garden outside, as well as off-road parking.

Central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 3 x TVs, video, DVD, radio/CD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot/fold up bed available on request (only room for one of them). Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Pub 2 miles, shop 7 miles.
