From many of them you can look across South Green towards Gun Hill and the sea and the properties are within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The popular Red Lion Inn overlooking South Green is even closer. White Cottage is a charming Suffolk cottage wonderfully located for both the beach and shops and restaurants. It has been tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout with quality features such as a hand built kitchen. It has the benefit of a secluded south-facing courtyard garden. It sleeps 4 (plus a sofa bed if required). Perfect for relaxed getaways throughout the year. Shops: 100 yards Pub: 50 yards. Ground Floor: Sitting Room with TV/DVD/CD, sofa bed and French doors opening on to garden Dining Room with table and chairs and sliding doors opening into Kitchen with hand-built kitchen units, gas cooker, breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher, and opening directly to the garden First Floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed Bedroom 2 with a single bed Bedroom 3 with a single bed Bathroom with bath, newly fitted 'rainhead' shower in separate cubicle, washbasin and w.c. Garden: Enclosed sunny south-facing courtyard with garden furniture. Parking: Roadside. Heating: Gas-fired central heating. Notes: If using the sofa bed you will need to bring your own bed linen. Please note this property is not suitable for six adults.
