This charming barn conversion is on the owner’s smallholding in the rural hamlet of Pencoed. It is surrounded by rolling countryside and has an abundance of wildlife. The accommodation is comfortable and inviting. The well fitted kitchen has a dining area and the cosy and welcoming lounge area has a wood-burner effect electric fire, giving the property a warm, homely feel. There is a ground floor shower room and a delightful sunroom that leads to the rear garden which has a crushed slate seating area with furniture and a barbecue. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor and is full of character and charm. There are countryside walks on the doorstep and the cottage is a lovely place to return to after a busy day’s sightseeing in the area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear crushed slate seating area with furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Grass paddock for exercising dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3.5 miles. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
